This book is an autobiography about the best american sniper there has ever been. The man in the book is called Chris Kyle and he talks about everything that he had to do in order to become an american sniper. In the book Chris also shows how difficult and stressful it was for him before he became the greatest american sniper.

Critical Evaluation: 
I would give this book a 9.5 out of 10 because it has a lot of action and keeps you very engaged. There are some boring parts in the book but you need to read those boring parts because they help you understand the book better. I would say it is a very inspirational book.

Flyboys by James Bradley

Plot Summary
James Bradley is a fighter pilot for the U.S airforce and he and his crew was assigned to a mission to attack Japan island Chichi Jima. James squad gets ready as they wear their gear and get inside the plane. Sixteen hours later, your plane gets taken down by Japanese forces and you get taken to a concentration camp in Chichi Jima. If you were in Chichi Jima and end up in a situation where they beat and torture POW's, what would you do ?

Critical Evaluation
For this book, I give it a 8/10 because it inspired me to believe that giving up is not the answer. In this book, you will see a lot of beating and torture but will also inspire how these POW's never gave up for their own survival.

Finding Fisher by Antwone Fisher

Plot Summary:

This book is basically the journal from Antwone Fisher throughout his life until he gets into the Navy. Fisher is born in prison. His dad was shot by a girlfriend, so he has to live with a foster family. All his "brothers" and "sisters" are not really related. He is treated brutally and blamed for his own misfortunes. He is sexually abused by one of his babysitters when he is about 7 years old. There are also a lot of interesting stories that he writes before becoming a part of the US navy.

Critical Evaluation:  

This book really makes me to think about my life, because since I was little I always want new things, like I want to have new toys, bikes, now I want things even more expensive things like a new computer, play station even though I already have all these things, but I just want new ones so keep up with my friends. But from this book I learn that I should appreciate for the things that I already have. I would give this book about 10/10.

Plot summary:
 Marcus and his friends play a game called Harajuku Fun Madness where they go out to look for clues in order to solve a puzzle. However, one day Marcus and his friends ditch school in order to look for some clues and then it happens: Loud noises are heard and the city is in chaos. Some bombs go off and kill thousands and Marcus and his friends are in the wrong place at the wrong time. They are arrested and blamed for the terrorist attack. Now Marcus wants revenge against the Department of Homeland Security.

Critical Evaluation:  
This book was pretty funny and intense and that's what kept me entertained.  However, I would have to rate this book a 7/10 because the plot wasn't all that original or creative. You mess with a guy and he now wants vengeance. Pretty common plot. But the book does have a pretty cool spin to this plot with America going from a free country to a heavily oppressed and patrolled country with cameras and trackers everywhere.

Ender's Game by Orson Scott Card

Plot Summary

In the world of Ender's Game, kids are taught differently to make them smarter. This book is about Andrew Wiggin, also known as Ender Wiggin is selected into a new form of military where they choose kids from all over the world to command a fleet to destroy an incoming attack by aliens, known as the Buggers. Even though Ender is the most gifted of them all, he faces hardships throughout battle school.

Critical Evaluation

I give this book a 9/10, what keeps from giving this book a ten out of ten is that the battle against the bugger fleet was not all that exciting. It ended in 5 pages. But the rest of the book is cool as it talks about kids training to becoming the best, a lot of competitive moments.

Navy Seal Dogs by Mike Ritland

Plot Summary
The book Navy Seal Dogs explains how author Mike Ritland trains dogs so they are capable to go to war and protect their handlers. Mike also has the passion to work with dogs and comes up with a great idea to combine dogs and the SEALs. Ritland explains how loyal the dog is and why the bond between the dog and soldier is important. Building trust with the military dog is super important because if the handler gets shot or harmed the dog will protect you from getting severely wounded.

Critical Evaluation
I rate this book an 8 out of 10 because at the beginning the book didn’t really get my attention. However he tells a few stories about the dogs and how they save other members’ lives by detecting explosives and taking down snipers.

Predator by Richard Whittle

Plot Summary

Predator is the story of how the first military drone was created. The cast of characters includes Kareem, who is the best inventor in the Israeli Air Force.  He leaves his research firm to come to the United States to start developing his drone in a garage. Pretty soon, he’s being backed by DARPA. Along with Kareem, the Blues, two brothers educated in Ivy League schools, go down to South America to work on their own drone on a banana plantation in Nicaragua.  

Both groups have different ideas for a drones and different approaches to create, test, and fly the machines.  The two groups offer different aspects of our modern day drone vehicles. 

Critical Evaluation

The book has a lot of interesting stories, like when the Blues Brothers are going to Nicaragua and are forced to land in Cuba or they will be shot down. As soon as they land, they are taken into custody by guys in machine guns.  This is an exciting story that also informs the reader about drones, their history and their current use.
